Fakes Discussion
New Russian furby fake named “furby” , yes literally , I found it on internet , photos are not mine.
I can proceed with more information.
I've been looking into the anonymous brand behind Furbish, Baby Brainy and Gigabot.
An idea struck me to try looking up the barcodes seen on their boxes, which pointed to a Taiwanese company called Pro-TV: https://official-furby.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Zavsegdataii/Furbish,_Baby_Brainy,_Gigabot_vendor
This might be the real supplier for those fakes. However, I believe that the actual manufacturing was contracted out to companies in mainland China since that appears to be the cheapest and most common approach.
Since so many fakes share the Furdish-speaking program, it is well possible that there was a single Furby clone design that was licensed out to companies like that one and Teamforce.
I found this strange looking thing. Does anyone know anything about it?
This furby fake looks alot like a furbish however i noticed a few differences.
This fake has neat trimmed eyelashes , moveable arms, brown eyes and a fully black sensor.
The person selling it called it a 'Fabish ' (maybe a mistranslation?) though ive never heard of that.
Came across some 'Furbys' for sale, and I'm pretty confident they're fake, but they look super similar to the ordinary 90s Furbys
I believe this may be: Furbish (Furby Fake) | Official Furby Wiki | Fandom
This one was interesting to me because it had been tagged with TONY and Tiger, but I don't recognize this design. The tinsel in its fur reminded me of Angel Furby | Official Furby Wiki | Fandom. However, the tinsel in this image is rainbow and has green eyes.
I wasn't 100% sure if this was real or a fake of the Millennium Furby V1 | Official Furby Wiki | Fandom, but I noticed the faceplate was a lot more yellow than the other Millennium Furbys that I've seen (I'm not sure if it's maybe because of age).
This looks a lot like Rooster Furby | Official Furby Wiki | Fandom, and I can't see a lot of flaws, which would lead me to believe it was fake.
Lastly, this Furby may or may not be Skunk Furby | Official Furby Wiki | Fandom
It looks pretty identical; however, the feet on this Furby seem to be like circles rather than paws because the thread has come undone.
Note: I don't know a lot about identifying fake furbys, but upon seeing a 'furbish (?)' and the white and rainbow tinsel furby, I became curious, especially considering how well made they look.
How is it possible to identify fake furbys from real furbys that TOMY sold? Do they go under the same name of 'Furby'? I'm concerned because I've been interested in purchasing furbys from a Japanese website which they all are manufactured under TOMY, and I've heard TOMY has contributed to making fakes. Maybe I'm just overthinking, but I don't want to waste money on a rip off Furby.
I found this thing for sale on the enjoei website, it's very similar to the Mow Gwai
(Edit: I took a closer look at Mow Gwai's Wiki and noticed that I “found” a new color for his Merchandise)
So, there's new furblet fakes that you can get on Shopee thailand https://www.instagram.com/p/DBzr9b5ztxn/?igsh=NnIxcTFzejRjNDAz
Saw this on ebay, does anyone know what fake this is? if it is one. they look so traumatised
While searching for furbies i eventually came across this guy. Its a spanish Furby knockoff called Apo. Being a copy of 2012 furbies. It's box shows that It also had an app but It still remains unknown. If i get more information about this guy i'll post It.

This is a toy from 1994, and even though it looks like a Furby, it came out 4 years before them.
This page has been fact-checked as a hoax.
Found this furby fake and can't figure out which one it is. Looks similar to the Polka Dots plushie one. Is it a variant of it maybe?
They’re on sale on a website on eurobaby.com if you’re curious
Is discovered that this russian fake furby has a voice box! I found it on eBay
Is this a new Furby Fake? It says MOMOBY on the box. The "Furby" barely seems to even fit into the box though... It isn't a McDonald's Furby, as seen in this video of it's unboxing: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeeGsqsj/ Any thoughts about this? (that tiktok user is kinda pressuring me to make this post lol)
He was a STEAL and he has a fully working voice box :D
And This is the image from the ebay listing
I need psychological help to see... this 🤮🤮🤮 POSTSCRIPT: I was wrong and I didn't put anything in there XD
