Baseball Furby is an unreleased prototype 1998 Furby that could have been a special edition. There are three versions.

Furbys[]

Version #1[]

This unit is an Owl Furby with shaggy gray fur, white ears, yellow feet, light pink inner ears, a gray faceplate, a white head tuft, and gray eyes. It wears a black-and-white striped Hanshin Tigers uniform and carries a yellow stuffed baseball bat.

Version #2[]

This unit is a Dalmatian Furby with white black-spotted fur, black ears, white feet, white inner ears, a white faceplate and head tuft, and gray eyes. It wears a black-and-white striped generic baseball uniform with blue accents and carries a wooden baseball bat. It is showcased in the Fun Fun Furby VHS tape and Furby Club guidebook, suggesting it may have only been created for the video.

Version #3[]

This unit is a Giraffe Furby with golden-brown multicolored fur, golden-brown ears and feet, white inner ears, a cream belly, a golden-brown faceplate, a dark brown mane, and brown eyes. It wears a striped baseball uniform.

Trivia[]

  • Although Version #1 is almost certainly an Owl Furby, it lacks the officially-released model's white feet.
  • Version #1 is named Nomusan or Mr. Nomu.[citation needed]
  • The outfit was submitted at the 1999 Japan Furby Summit. The clothing was also officially recreated and displayed in the Fun Fun Furby VHS tape, and Furby Club guidebook as a possible raffle prize.[citation needed]
  • Unlike most prototypes, Version #3 contains electronics because it was a produced Furby that served to test clothing.[1]
