Several Furby Fakes were marketed under the brand name "B/O Electronic". The real company responsible for them is likely to be a Taiwanese supplier named "Pro-TV".[1]
Teamforce appears to be related to this name as well, since a "TF-9901" marking (see: Electronic Sweety (Furby Fake)) has been seen on the circuit board of a Furbish.
