Furby Connect (2016) has 3 general ICs. The first one is GeneralPlus GPL162004A (general SoC, chip on board, datasheet here), EtronTech EM639165TS-7G (RAM, datasheet here) and Toshiba TC58BVG0S3HTA00 (NAND Flash, 1Gbit/8=128Mbyte, datasheet here). It also has GeneralPlus GPR25L081B (NOR Flash, 8Mbit/8=1Mbyte, datasheet here) for I think bootloader or... I don't know how this thing is using by SoC.
