Interactive Mike is an unreleased Monsters, Inc. toy which uses the same technology as Furby.

About[]

Two prototypes of Interactive Mike are known to exist, including a working servo model that was shown at the New York Toy Fair and a figure which is not confirmed to be working.[1] According to the prototype version of the box which has a paper cut out of the toy inside, Mike's eye and his mouth move, and Mike responds to light, darkness, motion, and sound.[2] The box claims Interactive Mike has a vocabulary of more than two hundred words and one thousand phrases which include many of Mike's signature sayings, has poseable arms, and can play games such as "hide and don't seek".[3] The toy has an infrared sensor on its forehead, and is smaller compared to Interactive Sulley. When Hasbro cancelled their plan to release Interactive Sulley and Interactive Mike, Disney awarded Thinkway Toys to create their own version of the two toys.[4]
