In 2025, two of Hasbro's subsidaries (one of them being Wizards of the Coast) paired up to release a collaboration between Magic: The Gathering and Furby.
About[]
This was a collaboration between Secret Lair (a product line of Magic: The Gathering) and Furbys. Secret Lair releases special collection cards in groups named "drops", and for this collab, three Furby themed drops were made. These being:
- Doo-ay Noo-lah: A Furby drop that features artworks related to the fifth generation of Furby, the Hey Furby (2023) line. There are five cards in total on this drop. The featured artists were Paul Scott, Natallie Andrewson, Rian Gonzales and Nathan Jurevicious.
- The Gathering Drop: A Furby drop that features artworks of different Furbys from Era 1, the 1998 Furby. There are five cards in total in this drop. The featured artists are Justyna Dura, Evyn Fong, Daarken and Igor Krstic.
- The Oddbodies: A Furby drop that features different artworks of Furbys with oddbody/horrific designs, meant to make them look disturbing. All these artworks are all based on 1998 Furbys. The featured artists are Narendra Bintaraadi, Nathaniel Himawan, Justin Gerard, Antonio José Manzanedo and Madeline Boni.

• Furby Furblets[]
Main Articles: Red (Impulse) Furblet, Green (Nature) Furblet, Blue (Knowledge) Furblet, White (Light) Furblet, Black (Ambition) Furblet
In MagicCon 2025 (a convention related to MTG), five new Furby Furblets were displayed on a special booth made for Furby that is very similar to the booth seen in the 2025 Vidcon Experience. These Furblets have the same body shape of the Reese's Furby Furblet and they represent the main colors/elements seen in MTG.

• Black Gold Glams[]
Apart from the Furby Furblets, some Gold Glam Hey Furbys with black fur were also displayed alongside them. The main difference with their released version is that these Gold Glams have black fur and on their tummy they have sewed on the five colors/elements of MTG alongside their logo. These Gold Glams also have a golden tongue instead of pink like the released version.
Trivia[]
- The Oddbodies Drop is the only drop that actually features five different artists, as the other two drops only feature four.
- Chromatic Lantern from the Doo-ay Noo-lah drop shows some Furbys that might be based on some of the Sonic Wacky Pack Plushies. Aditionally, Furbys from both this card and Inspiring Call feature Furbys with arms.
- Despite most Hey Furbys being illustrated on cards from the Doo-ay Noo-lah drop, the Gold Glam Hey Furby is the only one that has not been featured in any of the cards.
- Command Tower (One of the bonus cards) features a DJ Furby that seems to be based on the concept art of the Rainbow DJ Furby.
