This Furblet has white and red striped fur with green spots. It has a green faceplate, blue to cyan gradient eyes, and black eyelashes. Its eyes have peppermints in them, and Its beak is red. Pep-Mint has green feet, a blue heart gem, and red hair. The inside of the ears are pink.

- This product was leaked on November 3 2024 in the ACD distribution page. It also included Boo-Kin's name, DJ Furby, DJ Furblets, Furby Advent Calendar and the Furby Minis.
- Its name is based on the word, "peppermint".
- The aspect of this Furby Furblet was first seen in the 2025 Toy fair.
- In the footage that is available of the 2025 Toy fair, at the 1:12 mark Pep-Mint can be heard singing Hoo-Lah, Flo-Flo, and Boo-Kin’s duet sound.
- Additionally at the 1:47 mark, Pep-Mint can be heard saying something, but because of the background noise, it’s hard to tell what it’s saying.
- This Furblet also appears to have a paint pattern on its faceplate similar to Swee-Dee, and Nug-Ette.
