Poppy is a 1998 Furby fake made by Tritroni Enterprises. It is known to come in a cat and a butterfly version, though apparently four versions were released.
Appearance[]
Cat version[]
It is a white cat with a large black spot around its right eye and several smaller black spots on the rest of its face. It has black ears with yellow inners, and its tail is black. It wears a cream, black, and red tartan bow.
Butterfly version[]
It is a yellow butterfly with a white patch of fur around its mouth, a blue patch around its body, and blue antenna. It has two tone yellow wings in place of what would usually be a Furby's ears.
They both have arms and legs the same colour as their body, red eyes without eyelashes, and a white faceplate with a star shaped IR sensor. Their beaks are white with a red nose and tongue, and the top half of the beak has a bit cut out from it to make it look like a cat's mouth.
Functions[]
Poppy can blink and move it's mouth like a real Furby can. Anything else about poppy is unknown as there are no videos or mentions of it online.
Trivia[]
- On Tritoni 's website,they are listed as having a model number of 146C, with the A and B versions being handheld games.[2] However it's not known what Poppy's actual model number is.
