Reese's is a Furby Furblet that plays a Reese's ad song. It is a collaboration between Hasbro and the Hershey's company (specifically, it is inspired by their Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chocolate). It released on August 11th, 2025, but was delisted a few days later, and wasn’t re-listed until August 30th, 2025.
Official description[]
- "Furby Furblets toys and REESE'S are a perfect pair just like peanut butter and chocolate! Press the different buttons to hear funny eating noises, music, and phrases in the unique Furbish language (they don't speak human languages). This 3 inch mini Furby toy also has wiggly peanut butter cup ears and comes with its very own plastic REESE'S cup that it can sit in to display. When you're looking for some sweet gift ideas, this little buddy is fantastic for kids gifts, Valentine's Day, Easter baskets, or any excuse to treat yo'self!"
Appearance[]
Reese's has brown fur with the Reese's logo on its tummy. It has brown plastic ears (with the left ear being "bitten"). The Furby Furblet has a tan faceplate with brown, orange and yellow gradient eyes. Its eyes have Reese's peanut butter cups in them, which also makes it the first Furblet to have shadow details in its eye elements. Its beak is brown and it has an orange tongue. Reese's has an orange heart gem and three spiky eyelashes similar to the ones Boo-Kin has. It has an orange gradient hair tuft with different shades. Reese's comes with an exclusive removable plastic cup based on the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups themselves. When the cup is removed. it reveals 2 brown plastic feet.
Trivia[]
- Reese's was revealed on February 28th, 2025, in an article with the design of the Gold Glam Furby and the Furby Minis.
- Reese's doesn't have the usual ear mechanism that the other Furblets have. Instead, when its head is pressed, the ears wiggle.
- With Reese's, Hasbro brought back the transparent display boxes, which first disappeared with the Furby (2012).
- Additionally, the bottom part and one the sides of the original box of Reese's was completly orange. That would later be changed with the enaction of the Reese's Law. That box was eventually reused for the Reese's Furblet seen in their Amazon demo video.
- Reese’s was available on Influester.com and reviews of It appeared before its release.
- This Furblet has no backpack clip, unlike the other Furblets that were released before it.
- Reese’s has a few reused sounds. It reuses one of Ooh-Koo’s eating sounds, one of Hip-Bop’s eating sounds, Boo-Kin’s burp, and Ray-Vee’s duet sound.
- Reese's song uses the same instruments, SFX and soundfonts used to make the background music in official Reese's commercials and advertisements.
- Additionally, it was revealed that the Reese's Furblet's music was composed by @thearcitype on Instagram. The person who sang the Furbish lyrics was @eshandtheisolations. Proof: https://www.instagram.com/p/DOxMRIHjFZl/
- When Reese's went up for preorder on June 26th on Entertainment Earth, it had an estimated release date of July 26th, 2025.
- Eventually, the date got pushed/delayed to August due to shipment issues.
- Reese's, Sno-Way and Bee-Day are the only special edition Furblets that aren't sold in a 2-pack.
- Reese's was first available on Amazon US on August 4th, 2025.
- At the time, the listing didn't include stock photos but rather the usual stock pictures from other listings.
- As of August 16th, the Amazon listing was removed, likely due to it quickly going out of stock.
- As of August 30th, the Amazon listing came back.
- Reese’s is currently the only Furblet that does not have a demo mode.
- Despite this, if you press its head and beak at the same time, it will say “E-Tay! Boh e-tay! *burp* dah-noh-lah.”
- On August 8th, the Reese's Furblet became available on the Hershey's Story Museum. The Reese's Furblet showcased in their reveal reel was called "Cuppy".
- When Reese's appeared for the first time in Amazon Canada, it was marked as a "Best selling cup" and even appeared on a ranking of halloween cups and mugs by mistake. This happened because of Reese's listing codename, Furblet PB Cup.
