This campaign Furby is a Furby Baby that is a special edition. There is only one known. It was supposedly awarded to a contest winner who won the contest with their submitted Furby design, making it comparable to the also one-of-a-kind Pudding Furby, Blue Sky Furby and Rainbow Furby.
