Talking Smartie is a 1998 Furby rip-off. It looks like a Herbie and has the same phases as said fake.
Appearance[]
Talking Smartie's appearance is exactly like that of a Herbie's. Talking Smartie has an embroidered beak and eyes on its face. It has a light sensor above its stomach area. It has two ears on its head, a white tail, and four white paws. Unlike Herbie, they appear to have a tag attached to their ears showing an illustration of a Talking Smartie; the illustrations which appear on the tags of Talking Smarties may vary.
Functions[]
By shaking Talking Smartie or covering its light sensor, Talking Smartie will speak. Talking Smartie can say only up to nine phrases.
