The Bejewelled Furby was sold at FAO Schwarz, a toy store in New York that closed in 2016 after being acquired by Toys R Us, and reopening about a year and a half later. A trademark the store was infamous for was their exclusive & expensive toys, especially the jeweled ones, The Bejeweled Furby being an example. However, unlike the jeweled etch-a-sketch or gold-plated slinky, The Bejeweled Furby ended up being a bit more obscure.
