May-Lah Kah is a special edition 1998 Furby that I own.
Appearance[]
May-Lah Kah has black body fur. His stomach is white along with his mane. His Faceplate is black. He has orange feet, pink ear insides, black ear backs, and black eyelashes. He also has green eyes.
Trivia[]
- His fur color is the same as a Skunk Furby. The only difference is he has orange feet and a hat, while a Skunk Furby has white feet and no hat.
- He is a RL Factory Furby.
- At one point I for some reason turned this guy into a fat Furby and made food for him out of play doh, and fed it to him once it hardened.
- I found him at a goodwill store brand new in the box, but he needed to be jumpstarted.
- He lost his old eyelashes but they got replaced.
- His original board “stopped working” when I tried to clean his tilt sensor back when I first got him. I don’t think he really died because I remember the wires ripping off the tilt sensor and never had them re-soldered. I now know some Furby’s don’t immediately wake up until they are tilted upright. My Spring Time Furby does this as well, but any light movement causes him to wake up.
- He used to have a box and manuals, but they got thrown out because the box got beaten up really badly, and I didn’t take the manuals out.
- His first set of new parts were from a Series 1 Furby, that wasn't running the revised firmware. This meant the old parts didn't do the extra dances Series 2 - Series 8 and special edition Furby’s (minus the Hi C Furby) do. Also in stage one the old parts lowered their ears after saying "Woah Kah Way-Loh." May-Lah Kah's" new parts raise the ears when he says "Way-Loh" in that phrase.
- His old fur was also ruined in a dryer because one again, I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to do that until I googled it.
- May-Lah Kah finally got fully reFURBished, because I got another Skunk Furby that was running the revised firmware and turned it into a reFURBished May-Lah Kah.
- Here is a list of everything he got during his reFURBishment.
- New Skin (it needed a needs a bath, the hat, and kight salmonfeet sewed onto his new pelt.)
- Proper board running the revised firmware (it had a girl pitch and the name "Toh-Loo Kah. After a few resets I got the low pitched boy voice and the name "May-Lah Kah.")
- He was gonna get a new box, but the box the Skunk Furby came with is not the correct box, it has the WT factory code on it, and "May-Lah Kah" is an RL Furby. So I’m gonna be saving that for later until I find a Furby that is WT, has no box, and has a manufacturing date that matches the one on the bottom of the box.
